ListMotion respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your personal information.

What we collect

When you place an order or use ListMotion, we may collect the information you provide, including:

• your email address
• agent name
• phone number
• agency name
• property address
• uploaded property photos
• uploaded logos or brand assets
• video format preferences
• support or enquiry messages you send us

We may also collect standard technical and usage information through our hosting, analytics, payment, and service providers, such as device information, browser type, page activity, order status, payment status, and basic diagnostic logs.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• generate and deliver your property video
• send your completed video to the email address you provide
• process your payment securely
• manage orders and support requests
• troubleshoot technical issues
• improve the reliability and performance of ListMotion
• comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and operational obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded property photos, agency details, property address, or generated videos for advertising.

Photos and uploaded files

Photos, logos, and other files you upload are used to generate your ListMotion video.

Uploaded files may be stored temporarily using our cloud storage and processing providers. Files are retained for up to 30 days after delivery and then deleted, unless we are required to retain limited information for legal, security, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We do not use your listing photos, logos, property details, or generated videos to train our own AI models.

Where we use third-party AI and video generation providers, we provide only the information reasonably required to generate, render, and deliver your video.

Google Drive optional photo import

If you choose to import photos from Google Drive, you will be asked to select the specific files you want to use with ListMotion.

We only access the files you select for the purpose of generating your video. We do not access, scan, import, or use other files in your Google Drive. We do not store your Google account credentials.

Data received from Google APIs is used only to provide the user-facing photo import feature and generate your video. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or training our own AI models.

ListMotion's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For information on how Google handles your data, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Payment data

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.

Stripe may collect and process payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy. For more information, see stripe.com/privacy.

Third-party services

We use third-party service providers to operate ListMotion. These may include:

• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions
• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudinary — photo and video storage
• Supabase — order data storage
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• fal.ai — AI video generation
• Creatomate — video rendering and assembly
• Google Drive — optional selected-file photo import

Each provider handles data in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

Some providers may process or store data outside Australia. We only share information with service providers where reasonably required to operate ListMotion, process payments, generate videos, store files, deliver emails, provide support, or maintain the security and reliability of the service.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising pixels.

Our site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, security, analytics, performance monitoring, or order-related features.

If we introduce additional analytics, CRM, email tracking, or marketing tools in future, we will update this Privacy Policy as needed.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

However, no online service can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for ensuring that any files, property photos, logos, or personal information you upload are appropriate to share with ListMotion.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at hello@listmotion.com.au.

We may need to retain limited information where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

If you have a privacy concern or complaint, please contact us first at hello@listmotion.com.au. We will review your complaint and respond within a reasonable period.
