If your video has a technical issue, email hello@listmotion.com.au and we will review the issue. Where appropriate, we will fix the issue, regenerate the video, redeliver the file, or refund the affected order.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If the service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, including a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
When you may be entitled to a refund or regeneration
We may issue a full refund, regenerate your video at no charge, or otherwise correct the issue if:
- your video was not delivered within the stated delivery window due to a ListMotion system issue, and we are unable to complete or regenerate it within a reasonable time
- the video file is corrupted or unplayable
- required branding details, such as name, agency, phone number, or logo, are missing or incorrect due to a ListMotion system error
- the video is delivered in the wrong format despite the correct format being selected at checkout
- a render error causes the video to be substantially incomplete
- the video cannot be generated due to a ListMotion system error after payment has been received
- the output contains a material technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the video for its intended property marketing purpose
For most technical issues, we may first offer to regenerate, correct, or redeliver the video at no additional cost. If we cannot reasonably resolve the issue, we may provide a refund for the affected order.
When we do not usually offer refunds
We do not usually offer refunds for:
- change of mind after the video has been generated or delivered
- AI-generated motion, transitions, camera movement, colour, pacing, or stylistic variation that does not match your creative preference
- expected visual variation caused by AI generation, unless the output has a material technical issue or materially misrepresents the uploaded property images due to a ListMotion system error
- incorrect details entered at checkout, including incorrect names, phone numbers, agency details, email addresses, property addresses, or format selections
- poor photo quality that affects the output, including low-resolution, blurry, dark, distorted, watermarked, heavily compressed, or unsuitable source images
- delays caused by incorrect email addresses, inbox filtering, spam filtering, email security tools, or issues outside ListMotion's reasonable control
- platform rejection by real estate portals, social media platforms, CRMs, advertising platforms, or third-party publishing tools, unless the rejection is caused by a technical issue with the delivered file that we are unable to fix
Use well-lit, high-quality photos at 1080px wide or above for best results.
Incorrect details supplied by you
Please double-check all order details before paying.
If you enter incorrect details, such as the wrong name, phone number, agency, logo, property address, email address, or video format, we may offer to regenerate or amend the video at our discretion. A refund is not usually provided for incorrect information supplied by you unless required by law.
AI-generated output
ListMotion uses AI and automated video tools to generate motion and assemble videos from the photos and details you provide.
AI outputs can vary. Some visual artefacts, distortions, or stylistic differences may occur. These are not automatically considered technical faults.
However, if the video has a material technical issue or materially misrepresents the uploaded property images due to a ListMotion system error, contact us and we will review the issue.
How to request a refund or regeneration
Email hello@listmotion.com.au with:
- your order email address
- the property address or order reference, if available
- a description of the issue
- a screenshot, timestamp, or short explanation of what went wrong
We aim to respond within one business day.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
